Benoit Ente – Bourgogne Aligote

This white wine is fresh as a spring breeze. It is companionable, a touch impertinent, well fruited, and pale gold in colour. Its bouquet is of flowers (hawthorn, acacia) or fruit (apple). In the mouth this tender, melting wine tickles the taste buds and finishes on notes of hazelnut. Critics have rated this as the best available among Bourgogne Aligoté wines.

Serving suggestions:
Its acidity makes it a good pair with either seafood, or in the contrary creamy dishes (with sour cream, butter, or even cheese macaroni) or cheese.

Serving temperature: 11 to 12 °C.
