Benoit Ente – Puligny Montrachet 1er Cru Terre de Blagny

There's a slight whiff of struck match and plenty of pure white peach and citrus. It has great intensity and drive in the mouth. There's loads of citrus and mineral with a dollop of butter. It has fantastic shape and gathers to a singular chalky point before fanning out on the finish.
