Pierre Damoy – Chapelle Chambertin Grand Cru

What a fabulous nose! Not just a blend of flowers and fruit, but some kind of synthesis.
Black plum and cherry with beef notes and boeuf bourgignon spice. Sweet, round, layered, almost a coffee in the mid palate flavour and texture, but not forceful.

A great wine.

Beef, veal, game (deer, venison), even poultry, pungent cheese, mushrooms

Serving temperature: 13 to 15 °C.
