Henri Germain et Fils – Meursault Clos des Mouches Rouge
Aromas of peonies, orange rind, wild berries and spices, a medium to full-bodied, supple and satiny wine that's lively, melting and perfumed.
The palate is balanced with simple red berry fruit, crushed strawberry and raspberry laced with light peppery notes, gaining some weight and more complexity towards its finish.

Beef, or pan seared duck, roast turkey, and chicken.
