Jules Desjourneys – Beaujolais Villages Blanc

White Beaujolais are a rarity. It only takes 1% of the total regional wine production.

The Desjourneys Beaujolais Villages Blanc are growing on granite soils, giving the wine a strong, lengthy acidity. The pH is exceptionally low 3.1 degrees.

The aromas express citrus, honeycomb and crispy green orchard fruits.

This wine is regarded as top three of its category.

Fish, shellfish and lobster, soft cheese, vegetable.

Serving temperature: 10 to 12 °C.
