Jules Desjourneys – Macon Fuisse Bois de La Croix

This is a medium-bodied white with dry to off-dry finish. The taste is mild and very approachable. Relatively long aftertaste. Wet stone, white flowers, green pear, and honeycomb flavours are attractive.

Serving suggestions:
Veal, Fish (salmon), shellfish (scallops) and lobster, soft cheese, vegetable.

Serving temperature: 10 to 12 °C.
