Jules Desjourneys – Macon Prisse En Chailloux

Very nice Mâcon-Prissé, fine and elegant with notes of white fruit (pear) and citrus. Nice freshness on the palate associated with a very nice overall minerality.

Serving suggestions:
Veal, Fish (salmon), shellfish (scallops) and lobster, soft cheese, vegetable.

Serving temperature: 10 to 12 °C.
