Perrot-Minot – Gevrey Chambertin Justice des Seuvrees

Visual: Very intense, tinged with garnet. Nose: Complex, expressive aromas of ripe strawberry, currant, minerals, flowers and spices. Palate: Powerful sweetness and strong ripe acidity give the middle palate outstanding energy. Great verve to the dark fruit and bitter chocolate flavours. Finishes extremely long and penetrating.

Serving Suggestions:
Veal, pork, game (deer, venison), and poultry. Rich fish (salmon, tuna). Garlic-infused mashed potatoes, and celery root. Soft-centered cheeses which will get strong support from the wine’s power and aromatic persistence.

Serving temperature: 15 to 16 °C.
