A somber but agreeably fresh nose consists primarily of red and dark cherry, plum, violet and a whiff of underbrush.

The palate is very energetic on the entry, underpinned by fine chalky tannins and a citric thread of acidity.

Great balance of fruit, acid and tannin components.

This is a Griotte of finesse and refinement.

Serving suggestions:
Beef, veal, game (deer, venison), even poultry, pungent cheese, mushrooms

Serving temperature: 14 to 16 °C.
