Pierre Damoy – Chambertin Grand Cru
The nose reveals notes of cherry and leather. The palate is harmonious and complex. In the mouth it expresses notes of raspberry, cherry and blackcurrant combined with a touch of blueberry. There are also slight, subtle and well-integrated oaky notes. The tannins are well made.
Red meat, pungent cheese, mushrooms
Serving temperature: 13 to 15 °C.
